The municipality of Voerendaal has entered into an agreement that allows the construction of 24 life-course-proof apartments in Klimmen. These will be located at the site of Ummer Clumme primary school and are set to rise from the fourth quarter of 2024. Ruijters is developing this project in collaboration with Grouwels Daelmans Project Development.
