With the arrival of a new management in 2019, Francine Ruijters, daughter of the late real estate entrepreneur Drs. Ger Ruijters, who passed away in 2021, has worked towards a new strategy for the more than 65-year-old real estate company. ‘Back to the Future’ has been the motto of Francine Ruijters, Roel Rybakowski, Daan Kerckhoffs, and since 2020, Angelique Palmen. Under this leadership, the strategy of becoming a ‘developing investor’ was created and implemented, resulting in profound changes in the organization and business operations.
The focus has shifted from being a ‘real estate service provider for third parties’ to being a ‘developing real estate investor.’ To achieve this, the Family Office and Ruijters Real Estate Managers, as well as the new development activities under the Ruijters flag, will continue and intensify. As of April 1, 2022, the VvE Management has transitioned to MVGM, and as of June 1, 2023, Ruijters Property Agents and Financial Services will transition to Boek & Offermans.
